Quasar Dispatch Integration

Configure FiveM Deathscreen to use Quasar Smartphone Pro dispatch.

Update Deathscreen Dispatch Handler

Replace the dispatch integration in the correct file for your ambulancejob in sky_deathscreen/config/framework/:
