Internal Banking

Server exports for the internal Sky society banking backend.

Server only · sky_base. These exports operate on the internal Sky banking backend, not whichever external society provider another resource happens to use.

Export	Purpose
`getJobBalance(job)`	Read the internal job balance
`setJobBalance(job, amount)`	Set the internal balance
`addJobBalance(job, amount)`	Add funds
`removeJobBalance(job, amount)`	Remove funds if available

Configure the internal backend and read its full storage/return contract in Internal job banking. To use Jobs Base's active job-money provider rather than explicitly choosing internal banking, use society-money exports.
