Emergency Dispatch

Centralize emergency calls, dispatch units, radio communication, and incident management.

One dispatch center for every emergency service

Emergency Dispatch adds a shared control center to the Jobs Base tablet. Police, ambulance, fire, and other configured jobs receive their own incidents, units, channels, and permissions while using the same server-authoritative system.

Incident workflow

Incoming calls become persistent incidents instead of temporary notifications. Dispatchers can review the caller and location, assign units, add incident logs, update details, and close completed operations. Live updates keep every authorized tablet synchronized.

FeatureWhat it provides
Incident overviewActive calls, locations, status, assigned units, and history
Dispatch workspaceUnit suggestions, assignment, response plans, POIs, and incident notes
Emergency intakeA phone app with configurable emergency numbers and caller information
Audit trailPersistent incident logs and dispatcher actions

Units and radio

Responders staff configurable virtual units without requiring a spawned vehicle. Each unit has a callsign, type, crew, status, radio channel, and current assignment. The compact radio HUD provides status controls, channel selection, alarms, and direct incident navigation while outside the tablet.

Voice communication uses the unified sky_base bridge and supports the configured PMA Voice, SaltyChat, or YACA adapter.

Configurable per job

The Job Configurator controls whether a job can use the dispatch center and public emergency intake. Administrators can define emergency numbers, channels, unit types and callsigns, FMS status codes, keywords, response plans, and points of interest. Grade permissions decide who may operate the dispatch center.

Integrations

Existing createDispatch integrations automatically create Dispatch App incidents while the system is enabled. External resources can use the documented public API without depending on internal tablet events.
