Vehicle certificates

Use exports["sky_jobs_base"]:GetVehicleRegistryDetail(source, plate) to read the officer's authorized inspection and registration records, including signed documents and history. Job, duty and registry permissions are validated on the server. For compact checks, use GetVehicleRegistryStatus(plate); it contains no holder details or signatures. See Vehicle Registry integrations.
