Jobs, grades and members

Work through each job's settings from the sidebar instead of scrolling through one long form.

Jobs and gangs
Create, edit and duplicate jobs. QBCore and Qbox also provide a separate gang catalog.
Grades and leadership
Edit rank names, grade levels, salary values and supported boss or banking flags. Existing non-consecutive grade levels are displayed as stored.
Archive and restore
Archive a job while retaining its definitions, memberships, accounts and stored assets; restore its saved setup when needed.

Overview and statistics

See how your configured jobs are used, with membership counts and recorded Sky invoice totals.

Job memberships
Compare total memberships, including supported secondary jobs, alongside online characters in their active job. Open a job directly from the overview.
Invoice periods and currencies
Filter recorded Sky billing totals by the available period and job. Currency totals remain separate.

Employees use the shared Jobs Base management interface in the tablet or at a configured management point. Available actions follow their permissions.

Employee roster and recruitment
View employees, their ranks, duty status and activity. Invite nearby players, promote or demote members and dismiss employees.
Roles and permissions
Manage role names, salary amounts, payout intervals and supported rank structure. Assign management permissions to the grades that need them.
Rank-based equipment and app access
Restrict storage items, weapons, fleet vehicles, tablet apps and document classifications through the shared grade-permission system.
Units and departments
Create job units, assign members and configure their permissions and vehicle access.
Service IDs
Manage employee service numbers and number formats in the Boss Menu. Configure the shared card layout, logo and colour through Jobs Base.
Company finances, bonuses and logs
Review account balances, finance history and transaction records, deposit or withdraw permitted funds, pay employee bonuses and inspect management logs. Banking actions use your selected provider.

On/Off Duty System

Give employees a workplace terminal for clocking in and out. Duty settings are shared with the systems that require staff to be on duty.

Use the available ESX off-duty job mapping or the supported QBCore/Qbox duty settings for the selected job.

Player Multi-Job System

Let players keep supported job memberships and choose their active job from the shared menu.

Job selection
Show saved jobs with their grades and active state. Switch to an eligible membership without asking an administrator to reassign it.
Server-wide policy
Configure membership limits, default job visibility, removal rules, blacklists and supported switching rules in Jobs Base.
Administration
Use the shared administration tools to inspect, add, change or remove a player's memberships.

Billing and payment plans

Issue and manage job invoices through the shared Jobs Base billing system. Payment methods and society account operations follow your configured integrations.

Invoice creation and price lists
Configure invoice reasons and service prices. Authorised staff issue invoices to players or societies, with on-site payment or a payment deadline.
Cash, bank and society payments
Recipients pay with the methods available for their invoice. Track open, partially paid, paid, cancelled and overdue invoices in the shared billing interface.
Instalments and automatic collection
Approve payment plans per job, with a rate count and interval. The first rate is paid by the recipient; subsequent due rates and overdue invoices use the configured automatic collection rules.
Employee shares
Set a percentage for eligible society-to-player invoices. Paid invoices split the income between the society and issuer; an offline employee share is retained for login.

Payroll and salaries

Configure how registered jobs pay employees through the Jobs Base salary system.

Salary source and intervals
Configure salary amounts and intervals, duty-based pay and whether a registered job pays from society funds or creates the payout. Society-funded salaries require sufficient funds.
Management controls
Decide whether authorised managers can edit role salaries and payout intervals in the Boss Menu.
Framework integration
Use the documented framework paycheck integration and Jobs Base start order. Gang definitions do not receive job payroll.

Tablet and shared apps

Give employees the Jobs Base tablet with the apps their job and rank can access. Generic jobs use the shared apps; specialist records and gameplay belong to their respective job resources.

Everyday work apps
Access the Boss Menu, job billing, documents, business tools and enabled supply ordering, alongside shared Forms, Chat, Calendar, Personal Notes, Camera, Gallery, Map and Calculator.
App and grade controls
Enable the tablet and individual apps where supported, then restrict access through job and grade permissions. Global app settings remain in Jobs Base.
Access in the world
Configure the tablet item and supported workplace computer access. Optional vehicle access can be limited to listed models.
Themes and personal settings
Employees can choose the shared tablet themes, wallpapers and available personal notification settings.
External tablet support
Jobs Base can expose its apps through the supported LB Tablet or RoadPad integration when that separate provider is installed and selected.

Keep shared job supplies and each employee's personal storage separate.

Fleet catalog
Configure vehicle models, display names, prices, trunk capacity and supported vehicle properties. Use land, helicopter or boat garage types.
Grade and unit access
Apply minimum grades, shared-only availability and the supported unit vehicle permissions.

Place garage menus, spawn points and parking/return points in your chosen map.

Employees select supplies and complete the configured purchase flow. The standard flow grants the purchased inventory items.

Place the wholesale interaction where employees collect their supplies. Optional external order handling is a separate integration.

Enable the shared Business system per job. Authorised employees manage its open or closed status and publish notices from the tablet.

Choose the job's permissions and duty requirements. Optional public Discord notices and private administrator logs use separate server-side webhook settings.

Ringbell requests

Place a reception bell so visitors can request a member of staff without searching the building.

Bells at your workplaces
Add bells with a position, prop, marker, interaction range and cooldown. Unplaced bells stay inactive until positioned.
Sound and recipients
Choose a bundled or local custom sound, volume and nearby audio radius. Notify nearby players, job employees or both, with an optional on-duty requirement.
Accept or dismiss
Employees can accept a request to set a waypoint to the caller, or dismiss it for themselves. Personal notification placement is adjustable.

Optional online supply ordering

The Online Shop is optional and disabled by default for new generic jobs. A job can use all its other tools without enabling it.

Configure item names, display labels, categories, prices and the minimum employee grade.
Payment choice
Allow personal or company-card payment through the configured bank integration.
Delivery and collection
Set a delivery delay and collection points. Employees track and collect their job supply orders through the tablet.

Gather, process and sell

Create a global farming route without creating a job first. Public spots work independently; restricted spots can be assigned to a local job.

Choose the inventory item and minimum/maximum output per collection cycle.
Processing recipes
Define the input ingredients and output items for processing points, with configured quantities and duration.
Selling points
Choose sale items, quantities and prices for your selling locations.
One press or one cycle
Enable automatic repetition so players start once and keep farming, or require a fresh interaction for each cycle. Players can cancel the activity.
Public or job-restricted
Keep a point public without a job, or assign a local job with supported grade and duty requirements.
Locations and presentation
Configure positions, enabled state, interaction distance and supported marker, blip, NPC and object appearance. Essential settings stay visible; Advanced holds the additional options.

Give a job a simple document list and reusable templates through the shared Jobs Base system.

Create a document, fill in its fields and print a physical copy at a configured printer. Printing needs a compatible metadata inventory and the shared items.

A collected printed copy keeps its content even if the digital document changes later.

Place job printers and configure their supported paper, ink and maintenance requirements through Jobs Base.

Browse Jobs and Farming separately, inspect a configuration and bring it into your own server's setup.

Reviewed submissions
Submit a saved configuration for team review. Approved versions become available in the Hub; local JSON transfer is available under Advanced.
Controlled farming import
Import disabled copies with fresh IDs. Assign restricted points to a local job and opt in to copying coordinates before reviewing and saving the draft.
Revisions and safe contents
Rework and resubmit configurations for review, with versioned approved entries. Shared templates exclude memberships, account balances, inventories and credentials.

Migration and setup

Detect a supported Jaksam setup, run the supported core migration and inspect the run log for preserved entries, failures and manual follow-up.

Source detection and migration log
Supports the targeted Jaksam Jobs Creator 8.16.9 and 8.16.12 schemas. Starting migration writes data; stop the source resource, back up the server and verify existing loaded society accounts first.
Shared Sky foundation
Job Creator requires matching Sky Base and Jobs Base versions, oxmysql and the selected framework. Banking and inventory features require their compatible integrations.
Specialist jobs stay separate
Use dedicated Sky resources for their specialised police, medical, mechanic, fire or justice gameplay. Generic Creator jobs exclude dispatch, radio/FMS, training, panic and cross-job document sharing.
