Overview
Sky Ambulance Job is a complete EMS resource built around configurable ambulance jobs, a full death and injury system, treatments and medications, hospital beds, health insurance, and an in-game management tablet.
This documentation covers initial installation, Job Configurator setup, hospital placement, player-facing systems, administrator tools, inventory requirements, and supported public integrations.

Install the resource
Follow the Installation guide to prepare dependencies, database tables, inventory items, permissions, and the first server start.
Configure the ambulance job

Build the hospital
Place hospitals, hospital beds, and interaction points through the Job Configurator with the Hospital Setup guide.
Test the enabled systems

Before going live
- Confirm
sky_baseandsky_jobs_baseare up to date. - Verify conflicting medical resources are removed.
- Test all required inventory items, including the wheelchair model.
- Verify every ambulance job, grade, and boss permission.
- Complete one full death, treatment, and revive cycle.
- Test hospital bed respawn and the death screen.
- Verify billing and insurance if enabled.
- Check the Changelog before every update.
