Jail and Social Work
Custodial sentences
Authorized officers can create jail sentences from the Police Tablet. The server persists the sentence and controls the inmate state, prison zone, outfit, inventory handling, activities, sentence progress, release, and reconnect recovery.
Jails are configured through the Job Configurator and may contain cells, release points, outfit locations, confiscated-item return points, electric controls, and activity interactions.
Social work
Social work provides a non-custodial sentence with configured sites, tasks, penalties, and progress. The server owns the remaining task count and validates task interaction distance before accepting progress.
Tablet integration
The Prison and Social Work apps let authorized staff create and monitor sentences. Grade-level tablet restrictions and police job access remain active in addition to sentence-specific checks.
Testing checklist
- Complete jail and release with an online player.
- Reconnect during a sentence and verify state restoration.
- Test confiscated inventory return with the configured inventory adapter.
- Complete and interrupt social-work tasks.
- Verify unauthorized and off-duty players cannot create or alter a sentence.
