Minigolf

Play the included indoor courses, create a private party, use drag aiming and leave through the course doors.

The minigolf television in the Activity Center offers two indoor nine-hole courses. Choose solo training or create a private party for two to six players. Friends enter the six-digit party code at the television. Once everyone is ready, the host starts.

Take a shot

  1. Approach your ball and use the interaction prompt to aim.
  2. Hold the left mouse button on the ball and drag opposite to the intended shot direction.
  3. Adjust the pull distance to set the strength; release to shoot.
  4. Use the right mouse button to cancel the drag.

The guide shows the selected direction and strength. /activities opens the scorecard during the game.

Scoring and leaving

Completing a hole in one through six strokes awards six through one point. Six unsuccessful attempts, giving up or an expired enabled turn timer produces an X worth zero points. Tied finishing positions remain tied.

Use Leave minigolf at the entrance doors of either course, or /leaveactivity, to leave the session. After a disconnect, the same character has a 60-second window to use Resume game.

Administrators can start a private training session with /activitytest minigolf 1 or /activitytest minigolf 2. These sessions do not use test peds.

Course configuration

EnableMinigolf is a global operator setting. Per-activity rules include the optional turn timer.

Minigolf's ball simulation requires the supplied course and its matching server-side collision data. Entering an arbitrary IPL in the arena editor does not create a playable minigolf course. Use the included courses; a new physical course requires a matching authored gameplay/collision integration.

Course signs can be changed through Editable signs. Replacing the image on a par or hole-number sign changes its appearance, not the course rules or hole order.
