Equipment and sales
The Equipment & Finds dealer brings equipment, selling, skills and the find album into one menu. The default location is near the Vespucci docks. Open it on foot through the dealer interaction and remain nearby while using it.
Buy equipment
Equipment is grouped into detectors, shovels, magnet sets and scuba sets, each with three tiers. Locked products remain visible so players can inspect their requirements. Learning an equipment skill unlocks purchase and use; it does not give the item for free.
The server checks the actual item, price, account balance, skill requirements and inventory capacity. Prices shown to a player include their general equipment discount. The dealer also refills owned scuba tiers for a charge based on missing air.
Sell finds
The Sell finds view shows carried items accepted by the dealer. Its item selections determine what goes into the sale. Uncheck an item type to keep it, review the total and confirm. If no accepted items are carried, there is nothing to sell.
The dealer only buys items configured in its sale-price tables. General trade skills increase the offer. All quantities and payments are validated by the server. The selected batch sells the carried copies of the included item types. ServerConfig.Shop.MaxSellQuantity limits individual quantity requests, not this selected-batch sale.
Album discoveries remain recorded after a sale. Keeping an inventory copy is a player choice, not a requirement for completing the album.
Updated information
Purchases, sales, refills and skill unlocks update the open shop. Inventory and account changes are also refreshed while it is visible. If an action is rejected, use its error message to resolve the missing funds, space, requirement or expired interaction, then try again. Leaving the dealer closes the session.
Configuration
Dealer locations, NPC and blip are in Config.Shop. ServerConfig.Shop owns the account, sale limits and base detector prices. The magnet, diving and trash server configurations extend the accepted find catalogue and prices. General trade and purchase multipliers are in Config.General.
